Our chocolate wedding cakes come in 5 delicious flavours:
• chocolate buttercream
• chocolate & orange buttercream with orange curd
• choc buttercream with blackcherry or raspberry jam
• choc cake soaked in Baileys with choc buttercream
• ‘Mocha’ chocolate cake laced with Tia Maria and filled with chocolate and coffee flavoured buttercream.
We use Belgian chocolate cigarillos in white, milk or dark chocolate as decoration or high quality ‘chocolate pastes’ made with real chocolate for covering, moulding and modelling.
We also use chocolate ganache and chocolate ganache buttercream on some of our designs.
Chocolate wedding cakes can be decorated with fresh flowers, sugar flowers, chocolate moulded flowers or fresh fruit. This is especially popular if the cake is going to be used as dessert.
